If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to brickships.ch@gmail.com. Cancellation is however only possible before shipping. If your order has already been shipped out (for which you would receive an email) cancellations of orders will no longer be accepted.

Brickships.ch will not pay for transaction fees that might arise during the refunding process. It is therefore recommended to have a Paypal account where said transaction fees are low, since normal international bank transactions usually have really high transaction fees (up to 100$ or even more depending on your country and bank).
